Hannah: When a farmer sows his seeds it is the first step in the spectacular process of a plant's life. As I begin my independent adult (loose interpretation) life I too am starting a "spectacular process", although I like to sum it up in one word: adventure. My gap year is just the first of many stages in my adventure through life. I use "sew" not "sow" because I am not just doing one continuous project throughout my gap year. When a seemstres sews they assemble multiple pieces of fabric together to make one piece of clothing. That is what I am doing on my gap year. I plan to have multiple internships, travel experiences and jobs to make for a full year. I welcome you to read about my adventures. Comment your advice, tell me I'm doing it all wrong, or just come along for the ride! ...and always, think green. Rethink, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
